Bryony was born in Auckland and lived on the north shore for 18 years. She moved to Cambridge once finishing high school to chase her dream of becoming a Professional/ Olympic track cyclist.
She competed at the Commonwealth Games in 2018, won silver in the Team Pursuit, also competed at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games in the Team Pursuit and most recently won 2x track cycling golds at the just completed 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games.
In her words: “Being an athlete is 10% about training on the bike and 90% of what you do off the bike. Nutrition plays a major part in my 90% which is why fueling up with the best meals and ingredients is key to set me up for the day, to sustain me through tough training sessions and help me recover - to do it all over again!"
